I saw Phoenix at the Fillmore in Miami beach on Wednesday, which was the final show of their tour. And yea it SOLD OUT. This was the most expensive show I have ever paid for, but it was worth every nickle and dime. At the end, they invited everyone to hop on stage and join them. I will post more footage. If you don't know who they are, check out the video :)

Codeseven.
Tonight I went to the Circa Survive show at Revolution. I planned on interviewing Anthony Green from Circa, but due to limited access and time, he was unable to take part in my interview. Although, the opening band Codeseven's drummer was more than happy to sit down and chat. I conducted my interview with Todd and it went well! Sometimes things do not work out well, but there are many other opportunities waiting. Here's a picture of the unfocused musician! :)

Project: Observe.
We had a class assignment based on observations that took place on campus. We were all sent to different locations to observe students and faculty for a solid thirty minutes. I was sent to the lounge area in the library and this is what I examined:
Between ten to twelve seconds of interval, the glass doors would open and then entered an individual.
The amount of texting and talking on the phone in the library was phenomenal, and quite typical.
Multiple languages were very much present ranging from Creole, Spanish to Mandarin (Asian tongue).
A great deal of keys jingling was quite disturbing.
Some bookshelves were empty along with the book displays.
If I had to count the faces of over exhausted individuals, I would run out of fingers and toes.
In a place of focus, there was construction and the most annoying beeping sound from the copy machine.
The Circulation attendant/assistant, was a loud speaker. By the way, it was his last day.
The walls are art filled and covered with some history.
Too much loud typing.
One student decided to stretch out and crack his knuckles after his writing assignment was over.
One student decided to up the ante on his iTunes just because.
The only table available to sit at, was broken. I still sat there.
Back to the walls, half are white and the other half are burgundy.
Not only does the library rent books, but DVDs as well.
One old woman caught my attention, she had the attire of a clown. That is why she caught my attention.
There are tons of flags that representing many countries, no wonder why we have International students.
There is this one creepy guy in the library, and he works there.
If I had to count the amount of students wearing comfy clothes, I'd run out of fingers and toes.
This analysis made me realize two things:
1. I am now a bit paranoid, someone may have been observing me. What goes around, comes around.
2. In a place that is suppose to be soundless, is not and many people may not realize it.
